Our Story

Purpose-Built for Mining and Data Center Logistics

CM Global Services (CMGS) was founded in 2024 to close a gap the Bitcoin mining industry had long felt but never fully addressed: the need for a logistics partner builtspecifically for the scale, complexity, and urgency of ASIC mining operations. Miners were being underserved by generic freight and logistics providers who didn't understand the unique demands of moving high-value, sensitive hardware across borders, customs regimes, and remote deployment sites. CMGS was built to close that gap.

From logistics to full operational partner

What began as a specialized logistics operation, offering FTL/LTL shipping, international customs brokerage, and cargo insurance up to $2.5M per load, quickly grew into a full operational partner for mining businesses around the world.

Over the past two years, CMGS has supported some of the largest Bitcoin mining organizations globally, managing complex logistics and procurement needs both domestically and internationally, across a footprint spanning North America, South America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Growing With Our Clients

As our relationships with these organizations deepened, so did the scope of what we offered. Today, CMGS is far more than a logistics company. We built out procurement capabilities backed by a trusted global network of manufacturers and suppliers, giving clients access to reliable, industry-leading mining equipment.

We added on-site technical support and fiber installation services, helping operators keep their sites running with minimal downtime. We expanded into manufacturing miner parts and infrastructure, producing the essential components that drive modern mining and computing operations in-house.

AI Infrastructure

Now, CMGS is entering its most ambitious chapter yet: we're preparing to commission our first AI data center. This milestone represents a natural extension of everything we've built, the same logistics expertise, procurement relationships, and infrastructure know-how that made us a trusted partner to the world's largest mining operations is now powering our expansion into AI infrastructure.
